A Fancy Fall Hot Chocolate

What You’ll Need:

  • 5 cups of whole milk

  • 12 oz of sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 Tsp of vanilla extract

  • Can of whipped cream

  • Ground Cinnamon

The How To:

  1. Pour your milk into pot on low heat - we will stay on low heat the remainder of cook time

  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to pot of milk

  3. Stir regularly for at least 30 minutes to ensure the chocolate and milk doesn’t burn to the bottom of the pot

  4. Squirt whipped cream into a mixing bowl and stir it with a spoon until creamy + smooth

  5. Ladle hot chocolate into mug

  6. Spoon the smooth whipped cream on top

  7. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon

  8. Wah-La!

*Note: There are vegan condensed milks you could use as a substitute along with your pick of a non dairy milk. (There is also dairy free whipped cream you can find in store too-yay!)
