Just In Time for Spring | Lemon Brownies

What You’ll Need:

• sugar

• butter

• lemon zest

• fresh lemon juice

• large eggs

• flour

• salt

• powdered sugar

The How To:

1.Cream butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy.

2.Beat in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and eggs. Stir in flour and salt until well combined.

3.Spread the batter evenly into a 9×13 pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

4.Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until edges are starting to lightly brown and the middle is set.

5. ENJOY!
